The Washington Area Bicyclist Association is a 501(c)(3) organization in Washington, D.C that promotes and provides community bicycling education. The Washington Area Bicyclist Association serves the greater D.C. metro area, including Fairfax, Montgomery, and Prince George County as well as the city of Alexandria, Virginia.
