The company does not recommend use by people who don't currently use nicotine products and participates in "the solution to end combustible smoking" by supporting nicotine regulation. Furthermore, JUUL Labs does not intend to attract youth, never-smokers, or former smokers; its sole objective is to help active adult smokers find an easy-to-use, vapor alternative to combustible cigarettes and either reduce or eliminate their nicotine consumption.
