Jeffco Action Center is a non-profit organization located in Lakewood, Colorado that provides a variety of services to meet the basic needs for individuals and families within the Jefferson County communities. Jeffco Action Center was started in 1968 and since that time has helped thousands of families and individuals with services that include food bank, clothing bank, bus tokens, household and personal care items, homeless shelters, financial assistance, school supplies, holiday assistance, and has partnered with several local and national organization that assist with their efforts. Jeffco Action Center relies on donations, volunteers, and staff members to assist with the long-term success of the organization.
