The East Central Regional Arts Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2011 by prior members of the East Central Arts Council Advisory Committee of the East Central Regional Development Commission. The East Central Regional Arts Council strives to improve the level of arts participation in east Minnesota through the funding of grant proposals for individuals, schools, community organizations, and government agencies involved in arts programming. As an employer, the East Central Regional Arts Council supports part-time scheduling flexibility.
