Like other remote workers, Shondra is enjoying the many benefits of working flexibly from home. She provided a brief list of what’s working better for her: “1. Have time to take care myself. 2. The freedom to do things with family and friends. 3. Earnadditional incometo support my family.”
Shondra also sees improved prospects for her career. “The company that hired me has many growth potential opportunities,” she said. “I can actually have a career and work part-time. I really like it.”
